International Normalised Ratio (INR) Warfarin Monitoring

The practice offers a “one-stop” shop for stable patients using anti-coagulant therapy, if you fit this criteria then you are able to attend the clinics run by our Health Care Assistants and Clinical Pharmacists.

Patients should contact the surgery for more information, our clinics run weekly by appointment.
